KentuckyOne Health Medical Group names regional directors

KentuckyOne Health Medical Group has named Patrick Meko and Matthew Turner, II regional directors. Meko and Turner will work as a team with senior leadership, office management and physician liaisons to enhance operational support for KentuckyOne Health’s physician offices in the Louisville market.

Meko has more than a decade of experience in health care operations. He most recently worked as regional director, practice management for LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. in Brentwood, Tennessee, a for-profit management company with 3,000 physician partners. Prior to joining LifePoint, he worked with Vanderbilt Medical Group Williamson, part of the Vanderbilt Health System.

He holds a master of health administration and graduate certification in HR management and employee relations from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bellarmine University.

Prior to joining KentuckyOne Health, Turner served as clinical operations director for the department of internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati Physicians, multi-specialty physician practices encompassing more than 90 providers and 75 staff across multiple locations. In this role, he was responsible for the department’s physician specialty practices.

He holds master of health services administration and master of business administration degrees from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Xavier University.
