Three nurse practitioners join Clark Physician Group’s Havens Medical Group

Havens Medical Group, Clark Physician Group recently hired three nurse practitioners.

Nicole Flippen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in August of 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN.)  After completing her BSN, she returned to Louisville, KY and started working in the operating room at Norton Hospital.  In July of 2012, Flippen obtained a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Upon graduation, she worked as a family nurse practitioner at Baptist Health. She joined Havens Medical Group in January 2014. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.

Cortney Montgomery graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2009. She worked in critical care for three years while completing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the University of Cincinnati. Montgomery worked in nephrology as a nurse practitioner for one and half years before joining the family practice of Havens Medical Group in January 2014.

Tina Woodrome graduated from Spalding University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  She worked in critical care for 15 years before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2012. Woodrome returned to Spalding University and earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She joined Havens Medical Group in February 2014.
