Hearing Aids by Zounds, a local Zounds franchise, announced the opening of its first location in Jeffersonville, IN at 3310 East 10th Street. Zounds Hearing is a Phoenix-based hearing aid company that has 30 locations including one in Louisville. Owner Dan Teague held a grand opening and ribbon cutting Tuesday that was supported by One Southern Indiana Chamber and Economic Development (1si) and the City of Jeffersonville.
Teague is pleased to have located in Jeffersonville and believes his business will fill a need in the community. “We’re glad to be here in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It’s a great location, a great spot. The people from 1si and business development center have been great in working with me and getting started. We’re hoping to really help the community.”
Teague opened the 1,200 square foot store in Ryan’s Crossings shopping center on November 4, 2013 and is supported by a staff of two: Mary Jude San Miguel, Director of Business Development and Hearing Conservation and Joan Saltz DiCola, Customer Service Specialist.
