Kentucky Voices for Health is seeking nominations to expand its current Board of Directors.  The organization is interested in adding three (3) to five (5) new members to serve with the current ten (10) members of the Board. The Kentucky Voices for Health Board of Directors determines the policies and procedures for the operations of the organization; assists in securing funds to support the mission of the organization and to finance the organization’s programs; and monitors organizational performance.

Membership on the Board should reflect the diversity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Board should consist of individuals with passionate interest in responsive health care policy—access and utilization of health care services, making prevention a priority, health care quality and cost transparency, or children’s health. We are also looking for individuals with specific skills in fundraising, marketing/PR, media, business/corporate representation, and community organizing.
