Humana Military introduces MyActiveHealth for civilian-enrolled TRICARE prime beneficiaries

Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc., has partnered with ActiveHealth Management (ActiveHealth®) to provide a new, secure, website for TRICARE Prime Beneficiaries called MyActiveHealthSM available 24 hours, seven-days-a-week. The website is for TRICARE Prime beneficiaries enrolled with a civilian Primary Care Manager (PCM) to help improve their health and better manage any chronic health conditions. MyActiveHealth will give beneficiaries a secure way to store their health information, health data, and medical history securely, and take advantage of other health information resources.

Some features that MyActiveHealth has to offer:

Take a Health Risk Assessment and receive a personalized health report in real time

Manage your health records in one place with the Personal Health Record

Receive personalized messages offering lifestyle and wellness information for a healthier life

Get the latest news on issues important to your health

Beneficiaries who complete the health assessment will receive personalized health and wellness messages called Care Considerations to help identify opportunities to improve their health. Care Considerations will be located under ‘Health Actions’ in MyActiveHealth.

“Humana Military is committed to building on excellence keeping in line with our vision to become the most trusted name in Government health solutions,” said Tim McClain, president of Humana Government and Other Business segment. “The MyActiveHealth Portal and Care Considerations are a testament that Humana Military is dedicated to enhancing the customer service experience for our TRICARE beneficiaries while addressing their overall health and well-being needs so they can live a happier, healthier life,” McClain added.
